the breakfast had a very nice , fresh variety , and i appreciated the cleanliness of the room. the staff at reception was also quite friendly and helpful .
the room felt somewhat tired , and the wallpaper was peeling in places. i also noticed a flickering light , which gave the room a slightly unloved feel.

the breakfast included a decent selection. the location proved acceptable.
The air conditioning failed. the provided fan circulated warm air throughout the room, doing little to alleviate the stuffiness. there were only two tea bags available. Coffee was absent.

The check-in process was efficient. my room was clean. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found the breakfast selection good. It offered enough choices to make a full english.
i noticed the absence of bottled water in the room, i thought that it would have been a good addition.

the room size was acceptable with a clean bathroom.
the air conditioning was broken again, just like my last visit (sigh). they gave me a fan, but it rattled so loudly it was impossible to sleep with it on.
